Once you have enrolled in any of our online courses, no refunds will be issued. Since our products are digital and accessible upon receipt, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  1. Enrolling in a course multiple times
  2. Enrolling in the same course with multiple accounts
  3. Loss of access to an enrolled course
  4. Facing technical issues during payment

Please note that refund applications will be rejected under the following conditions:

  1. Knowingly submitting false refund applications
  2. Submitting a refund request more than 2 days after purchase
  3. Claiming a refund after completing the course
  4. Failing to provide a reason for the refund in the application

To apply for a refund:

  1. Send an email to

    courses@josscreative.com

     with the subject “Refund Application.”
  2. Clearly state the reason for your refund in the email.
  3. Include all documents received from Miximi at the time of application.
  4. Provide your email address along with the reason for the refund.

After submitting your refund application:

  1. You will receive a notification upon receipt of your application and may be contacted for further details.
  2. If your refund is on hold due to communication failure, send another email with the subject “Applying for Release of Held Refund.”
  3. You reserve the right to suspend or remove course content during the refund process.
  4. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days, with some cases requiring longer processing times.
  5. Upon successful refund, the user will receive the full payment, with a possible 20% fee deduction.

Creative Course reserves the right to amend its refund policy with or without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review and agree to the policy before requesting a refund. Any changes will be effective immediately upon implementation.
